Job summary

Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited (CTC) is seeking a Senior Analyst, Customer Insights & Analytics in Oakville, Ontario. You will transform data into actionable insights to shape customer strategy and drive growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering ownership of projects with precision.

You will analyze customer and financial data, deliver performance analytics for loyalty programs, and create reports and visualizations to influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business).
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong data skills: SQL, Python, SAS (certification is a plus).
• Expertise data visualization and experience with BI tools.
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop) and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and customer analytics techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all analyses.
• Proactive ownership of projects and ability to see tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities
