Job description

As a Technical Consultant on the Curam Team, you will have responsibility for the delivery of project implementations.

Impact

• Create functional and technical designs for Curam extensions and configurations, such as workflow and/or rules.
• Work closely with clients and partner staff to translate business problems into technical solutions and as to the Curam Business Application Suite (CBAS) technical architecture.
• Work with business and technical clients and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve technical situations.
• Utilize Eclipse framework to implement Curam solutions.
• Develop, code and unit test Curam extensions and configurations for workflow and rules.
• Maintain industry standard version controls.
• Become a technical expert in Cúram product modules and implementations (Universal Access, Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG), Rules, Financials, Workflow and Batch), including design and deployment in a JEE environment, web services, Cloud and security.
• Establish and maintain a productive working relationship with System Integration partners, clients, fellow team members and promote Cúram Solution as a capable and trusted partner.

Required Qualifications for Success

• 8+ years proven track record in a technical role delivering and implementing package software solutions.
• 5+ years demonstrated experience in Java/JEE/XML/UML development.
• Curam software experience.
• Experience in public sector health and human services programs and core functionality (such as Medicaid, welfare, food stamp, medical assistance, child protection, or unemployment insurance).
• Proficient in web service development, both REST and SOAP.
• Familiarity with modern UI/UX development, tools and languages (e.g. React JS, Angular, etc).
• Experience with relational databases (preferably DB2 or Oracle) and SQL.

Bonus Points

• JEE scalability and performance, and application and system security.
• Delivery of applications on Cloud with AWS and/or Azure.
