Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Senior Courier to operate company vehicles and perform delivery and pickup for a minimum of 15 routes. This is a temporary FT assignment with local post involvement in Cornwall, Ontario, and temporary scheduling as needed.

The role emphasizes leadership, conflict resolution, and strong communication to mentor hourly staff. Successful candidates will carry DG certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent is required.
• Six (6) months of previous Courier experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages for a minimum of 15 routes.
• Cover open routes as needed, not on a regular assigned route.
• Mentor hourly employees and model best practices in communication and leadership.
• Promote continued sales and generate incremental revenue where possible.
