• Membership of Relevant Professional Organizations such as CIQS, RICS, or AACE is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Construction Cost Estimate reports for projects in Alberta and nationally.
• Manage estimating and cost planning activities, presenting final cost plans.
• Conduct research on construction market conditions in Canada.
