Stantec is seeking a Senior Cost Advisor/Quantity Surveyor to lead cost estimating for civil, structural, and architectural projects within our Program Management group. The role requires strong communication and ability to work in a large multidisciplinary team delivering major capital programs across North America.
You will prepare and review estimates at design milestones, develop cost models, and support procurement and project controls.

This is a key position and requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a large multidisciplinary team to successfully deliver major capital projects.

In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
