Qualifications

  • A Member in good standing with the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
  • In depth knowledge of corporate statutes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist lawyers with assigned matters.
  • Prepare corporate documentation for incorporation and amendments.
  • Monitor ongoing corporate filings and requirements.
