Responsibilities

• Own all end-to-end reporting functions including monthly 3-statement reports
• Manage accounts receivable and payable functions
• Process payroll for 90 employees using QuickBooks Online
• Improve operational inefficiencies by designing new processes
• Manage company cash flow and internal controls

Skills

10+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online

Understanding of corporate financial strategy

Well-versed in A/P, A/R best practices

Understanding of multi-currency payroll processing

Superb MS Excel skills

Expertise in system relationships

Forecasting and budgeting experience

Strong knowledge of Canadian and USA tax regulations

Financial analysis skills

CPA preferred
