The Senior Coordinator, Field Operations position leads safe, reliable and efficient field operations by championing occupational and process safety, ensuring a strong safety culture. This role focuses on asset optimization and long-term development planning to enhance performance through identifying and defining production and cost‑saving opportunities. A key responsibility is driving a culture for continuous improvement and encouraging a willingness to embrace change.

Work Environment
  • This position is field based in the Lloydminster area and surroundings and requires the successful candidate to live in the area.
What you’ll do
  • Manage day to day field operations across the Saskatchewan North/East operating area for CHO, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable production.
  • Oversee multiple field locations, providing direction and technical support to meet operational and maintenance targets.
  • Collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, finance, health and safety, and other operations teams to coordinate activities and optimize performance.
  • Lead safety performance, ensuring compliance with occupational and process safety standards and driving continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and control production, OPEX and GHG performance, identifying and implementing optimization opportunities.
  • Exercise independent decision-making authority on operational priorities.
Who you are
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • 12+ years of experience in operations with minimum 3 years leadership experience.
  • Minimum high school diploma.

As this position has been identified as safety sensitive, employment of a final candidate selected for this position will be conditional upon successful completion of required pre‑employment medical and alcohol/drug assessments.

For this position you will be required to maintain a Class 5 driver’s license, a satisfactory driving record, and adhere to the appropriate Company policies and guidelines. A driver’s abstract will be one of the background checks requested in the pre‑employment screening for the final candidate.
