Job summary

RBC's Enterprise Control Testing team in Toronto seeks a control testing professional to assess design and operating effectiveness under ICMP and ECCO guidelines. You will partner with Platforms, produce concise findings, and contribute to management reporting.

The role requires 2–4+ years in control testing within banking/financial services, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience with data tools. Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2–4+ years of experience in control testing within banking or financial services or related field.
• Experience in banking/financial services operations, compliance, IT, or audit.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis and demonstrated experience with other data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform control assessment of Platform owned controls in line with ICMP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Complete assigned control testing activities effectively and on time.
• Articulate results clearly to management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain testing tools and artifacts (e.g., SharePoint) and contribute to reporting.
• Participate in ongoing engagement with Platform stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Support ad-hoc projects and training initiatives.
