Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead refurbishment and new build projects across healthcare, education, social housing and more. You will oversee up to three projects, manage Site Managers and QS, and ensure delivery on time, safely and within budget.

The role offers a hybrid split between office and site work, with a strong order book and opportunities for career progression within a growing business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing refurbishment and/or new build projects.
• Sector experience within healthcare, education and/or social housing.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness and client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple construction projects concurrently
• Overseeing Site Managers on individual projects
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Liaising with Quantity Surveyors, clients and subcontractors
• Monitoring programme performance and project commerciality
• Attending sites regularly whilst maintaining office presence as required
• Supporting the continued growth of the business through successful project delivery
