Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience using generative AI technologies to improve data analysis processes.
• Experience working cross-functional with finance, strategy, operations, data science, or data engineering.
• Experience with business intelligence tools, Salesforce, spreadsheets, statistical software, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Use advanced content analytics to answer critical business questions and guide strategic decisions related to content performance, learner engagement, and portfolio growth.
• Develop, implement, and monitor detailed KPIs reflecting the health and effectiveness of courses and programs.
• Investigate and resolve legacy data challenges to unlock new analyses and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with finance, content strategy, revenue operations, data science, and data engineering to connect data insights with priorities.
• Leverage generative AI tools to automate and improve data analysis processes.
• Build polished presentations and clear storylines for cross-functional and executive audiences.
• Manage multiple analytical initiatives in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and stakeholder alignment.
