This role requires extensive project management experience and expertise in containerized solutions, as well as strong leadership and communication skills in English and German. The position can be based remotely within Canada or at the Welland location. The ideal candidate will oversee product development and collaborate with various departments, ensuring the implementation of advanced technologies.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States required.
• Experience in reciprocating engine and/or containerized product solution industries.
• Recognized expert in containerized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to the container design team.
• Oversee Design & Development Processes for containerized solutions.
• Collaborate with various departments to execute strategies.
• Support onboarding of potential partners.
• Drive strategic direction of Container Product Development.
