As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) practice, you will be an integral leader within a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about technology and business transformation. You will play a key role in leading collaborative engagement teams, working closely with clients to understand their unique challenges, business objectives, and technology environments. You will conduct in‑depth analyses of client data, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Facilitating strategic discussions with client stakeholders and Deloitte leadership, you will translate complex business requirements into actionable technology strategies. By leveraging your knowledge of emerging technology trends such as cloud adoption, digital transformation, and advanced analytics, you will help clients navigate change and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape. Your leadership will ensure our solutions are practical, data driven, and aligned with industry best practices.
As a Senior Consultant, you will guide team members in developing high‑quality deliverables, such as executive presentations and detailed reports, ensuring our recommendations are data driven, practical, and aligned with industry best practices. You will leverage leading research, analytics, and your own expertise to provide insights that drive meaningful transformation for our clients.
Beyond client delivery, you will actively contribute to practice development initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, shape our culture, and support business development efforts. You will have the opportunity to specialize in areas of interest, deepen your industry knowledge, and continuously expand your technical and leadership capabilities.

The TS&T practice works closely with CxOs at the intersection of business and technology to articulate and solve key business problems, leveraging technology. The focus is to maximize business value from IT investments, drive organizational performance, and help our clients become more agile and productive.

Our team brings an independent and technology agnostic perspective across all aspects of the technology function and the business‑technology lifecycle, ensuring alignment and readiness to serve the overall business vision. The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
