Job summary

KPMG's Technology Risk Services team in Toronto seeks Senior Consultants for IT risk reviews and IT internal audit support across data governance, asset management, IT projects and information security.

The role requires 2–5 years of IT risk/audit experience, related certifications, and willingness to travel within Canada and internationally. This is a hybrid Toronto-based position with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Two to five years of relevant experience assessing IT or business process risk, ideally in a large consulting practice.
• Experience with IT general controls and controls-based audits; certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CGEIT or ISO 27001 are relevant.
• Experience evaluating data governance, system asset tooling, IT projects or IT governance is an asset.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail and understanding of business and audit risks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and willingness to travel within Canada and internationally.

Compensation

Expected base salary is $63,500 to $97,000 per year, with possible eligibility for bonus awards. Salary depends on location, skills, competencies and qualifications.
