Job summary

msg global solutions is a systems integrator and SAP-focused partner delivering end-to-end SAP solutions for foods, agribusiness, and manufacturing industries. The role centers on SAP Product Costing, CO sub-modules, and related project methodologies, with client guidance and presales support across the Americas.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of SAP experience in dairy/food sectors, strong English and French communication, and a willingness to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years SAP experience in dairy, meat, food, or related industries.
• Expertise in SAP Product Costing, CO sub modules, and SAP project methodologies.
• Strong knowledge in process-based industries like dairy, food, protein or pharma.
• Experience on at least 3 full end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written) with reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP Product Costing expertise for CO-PC, CO Sub modules, COPA.
• Learn and gain expert knowledge of SAP Dairy Management by msg and SAP Meat & Fish.
• Act as Product Costing SME for the Agribusiness & Manufacturing BU in the Americas.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to clients.
• Support SAP Food Management presales efforts as assigned.
• Participate in training/mentoring customers and internal consultants.
• Contribute to and participate in the msg Global Knowledge Communities.
• Other duties as assigned.

What we do

The msg Agribusiness & Manufacturing Business Unit designs, implements, and operates end-to-end processes for the food industry with tailor‑made SAP applications and state‑of‑the‑art technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Dairy Management by msg, and SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg for S/4HANA.

Our consultants work with global industry leaders to address business challenges with the latest technology to improve processes and operational excellence, enable innovation and scalability, maximize profitability, remove performance barriers, increase sustainability, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions.

What you will do

• Provide SAP Product Costing expertise for SAP components in the areas of: CO-PC, CO Sub modules, COPA
• Learn and gain expert level knowledge of the Activity Based Costing/Basics Modules of the SAP Dairy Management Solution by msg and the SAP Meat and Fish Management Solution
• Act as a Product Costing subject matter expert for the Agribusiness & Manufacturing Business Unit in the Americas
• Provide guidance and recommendation to the clients
• Support SAP Food Management presales efforts as assigned
• Participate in training/mentoring customer and internal consultants
• Contribute to and participate in the msg Global Knowledge Communities
• Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of seven (3-5) years of progressive experience with SAP in Dairy, Meat Processing, Food, Beverage, Agriculture, consumer food products, industrial food products, healthcare, manufacturing
• Demonstrated expertise of SAP Product Costing, CO sub modules, and SAP project methodologies
• Strong knowledge and background in a process-based industry like dairy, food, protein, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals
• Experience on at least 3 full end-to-end SAP Implementations
• Excellent presentation and written and verbal communications skills in English language, both internal and external, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, adjust direction and priorities within a fast paced and multi-faceted work environment through strong organization, time, detail, and process management orientation
• Professional consulting skills with ability to create solutions that consider business objectives and requirements
• Self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Work, Outlook)
• Ability to travel up to 80%
• Fluent in French (spoken and written), with the ability to prepare formal reports, review and adapt content for cultural accuracy, and communicate effectively with clients

  The salary range for this position in CND is $100,000 to $130,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, education, and knowledge. The salary range is not inclusive of the generous discretionary bonus that is also part of the full package.
