• 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or a fast-paced environment with delivery experience.

• Genuine enthusiasm for AI demonstrated through actions and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements and major workstreams from problem definition to recommendation, implementation, and adoption.
• Partner with senior client leaders to understand priorities and shape practical solutions.

As a SeniorConsultant/ProjectLead , you will take a leading role in solving complex client challenges, shaping transformation programs, and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders, lead project teams and workstreams, and help clients identify where AI and emerging technologies can create meaningful business value.

In addition to leading high-quality client delivery, you will play an active role in growing ADAPTOVATE by identifying opportunities within existing accounts, supporting proposals and pitches, and helping develop new client relationships.
