Qualifications

  • 5–7 years in Group Benefits, ideally in claims, fraud management, underwriting, or related areas.
  • Strong knowledge of Group Benefits and Manulife insurance contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale audits, including claims and disability audits for key Plan Sponsors.
  • Facilitate and negotiate contractual agreements with Plan Sponsors and their Advisors.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend targeted process improvements.
