Qualifications

Undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials.
CPA designation or relevant master’s degree preferred.
5–7 years of finance or consulting experience.
Deep expertise in financial management disciplines (design, budgeting, reporting, analytics).
Experience with finance systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Blackline, Workiva).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including entering the USA for client work.

You will support outcome-driven engagements across finance strategy, operating model design, process optimization, reporting and FP&A, controllership effectiveness, technology enablement, and finance integration - helping clients improve decision quality, speed, control, cost, and confidence.

Contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic practice by supporting the delivery of transformative client engagements across finance process design, operating model transformation, technology implementation, and enterprise performance management.
Identify root causes of business challenges, define opportunities for improvement, and develop practical, value-driven solutions.
Manage competing priorities while contributing to project planning, status reporting, and successful client outcomes.
Build trusted relationships with clients and team members while gaining exposure to a broad range of industries, organizations, and transformation initiatives.

You continue to grow your expertise in finance transformation, operating model design, technology enablement, and performance improvement.

Your Experience and Education:

Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials.
An accounting designation (CPA) or relevant master’s degree is preferred.
5-7 years of relevant work experience in finance or consulting.
Deep expertise in financial management disciplines, such as financial process design, budgeting and planning, financial reporting, financial performance management, analytics and data modelling, and business case development.
Experience with, or interest in, acquiring knowledge of systems and technologies that support the finance function, such as Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, SAP, Oracle, Blackline, Workiva, etc.
Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.
Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
Canadian travel required; occasional international travel. Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments.

The expected range of compensation for this role is $84,000 - $128,000 annually.
