Make an impact with our Enterprise Risk Services team as a Senior Consultant. This diverse team of professionals utilizes leading-edge industry knowledge to assist clients in mitigating risk. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll play a key role in :

  • Leading business process improvement initiatives to help clients streamline operations and drive efficiency.
  • Manage and execute internal audit engagements and internal controls assessments.
  • Advise clients on governance best practices to strengthen organizational resilience.
  • Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs, helping clients identify, assess, and mitigate key risks.
  • Design and implement policy frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through business process improvement projects, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead internal audit and governance engagements, delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate on Enterprise Risk Management activities, including risk identification, assessment, and reporting.
  • Develop and build policies, procedures, and controls to support compliance and strategic goals.
  • Mentor junior staff and foster a supportive, inclusive team environment.
  • Build strong client relationships, focusing on understanding unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to continuously enhance client service delivery.
  • Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary.
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
  • Professional designation required (CIA, CPA, CRMA, CISA or equivalent).
  • 2–5 years’ experience in internal audit, governance, business process improvement, enterprise risk management, or policy development.
  • Demonstrated leadership, relationship management, and team collaboration skills.
