You'll create clear, engaging financial education and market insights across key channels, including articles, video, email, and social media. Working closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners, you'll translate complex topics into compelling, audience-focused content that supports business priorities, strengthens our brand, and enhances the client experience. In this collaborative, cross-functional environment, you'll apply strong editorial judgment, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills to deliver high quality content across the advice journey.

How you’ll succeed

  • Content strategy and execution - Lead integrated content plans that align to business priorities, audience needs, and brand standards. Manage and contribute to the content calendar to support timely, connected content across the advice journey.

  • Content development - Research, write, and edit clear, engaging financial education and market insights for different audiences. Turn complex financial topics into practical, actionable content that supports informed decision-making.

  • Multi-channel execution - Manage content from concept through production and distribution across key channels, including digital, email, and video. Lead video initiatives through planning, storyboard development, review, and approvals.

  • Stakeholder collaboration - Build strong relationships with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to develop credible, effective content and support integrated initiatives. Provide editorial guidance on content developed by partner teams, including Brand, to ensure alignment on messaging.

  • Editorial quality and improvement - Ensure content meets editorial, brand, accessibility, legal, and compliance standards. Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to strengthen content, improve workflows, and enhance the client experience.
