Job summary

Earls Kitchen + Bar in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Project Manager, Construction to lead high‑impact store builds, renovations, and key initiatives. You will coordinate with Design, Real Estate, and Operations, manage budgets, approvals, and schedules, and mentor junior team members.

You’ll oversee multi‑discipline drawings, ensure compliance with contracts, and drive process improvements across the Store Development group. This role requires travel in NA and a passionate, hands‑on leader.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects across NA in restaurant/hospitality/retail.
• Bachelor’s or diploma in construction management or related field.
• PMP or other PM certifications are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for planning, execution, and financial management of high-complexity builds and renovations.
• Forecast and manage multi‑million dollar project budgets with accurate cash-flow forecasting.
• Lead GC tenders, level bids, and manage contracts (CCDC/AIA).
• Travel 30–40% to project sites across North America to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Coordinators and refine construction templates and standards.
