What You Will Do

As a Senior Project Manager at QM Environmental, you will lead complex construction, demolition, and environmental projects from inception through completion. You’ll ensure operational excellence, reinforce health and safety, and build long‑term client relationships—while driving profitability and project success.

Project Execution

• Deliver projects in alignment with contract requirements, scope, and KPIs.
• Oversee billing, field data collection, and accurate project documentation.
• Manage preconstruction submittals, site records, and project file systems.
• Delegate tasks effectively and coordinate subcontractors and field teams.
• Identify out-of-scope work, manage change orders, and optimize cost efficiency.
• Maximize job profitability and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support invoicing, reporting, and full project close‑out.

Client Relationships & Business Development

• Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive new opportunities.
• Lead bid reviews, prepare responses to RFPs/RFQs, develop cost estimates, and evaluate bids.

Health & Safety Leadership

• Promote and uphold QM’s safety‑first culture and compliance standards.
• Participate in EHS planning, risk assessments, and development of safe work instructions.

• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and client‑facing project delivery.
• Strong estimating experience.
• Knowledge of environmental legislation and project management best practices.
• PMP certification is considered an asset.
