We combine decades of hands‑on field experience with advanced planning, data‑driven decision‑making, and disciplined execution. Our team’s expertise spans all major midrise construction methods, total precast concrete, cold‑formed steel framing, mass timber, cast‑in‑place concrete, and hybrid systems, allowing us to deliver solutions that balance cost, constructability, and performance. Every project is approached with precision, accountability, and the unwavering goal of exceeding expectations for our clients and partners.

Role Description

This is a full-time, in‑office role based in Vaughan, Ontario, with projects located throughout the province. Intermittent travel may be required to support project execution and coordination.

The successful candidate will lead the planning and execution of multi‑phase projects from pre‑construction through close‑out, ensuring seamless coordination between design consultants, trades, and ownership teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Directing the full construction lifecycle with an emphasis on schedule integrity, cost control, and quality assurance.
  • Overseeing the integration of structural systems—precast, cold‑formed steel, timber, cast‑in‑place, and hybrid—within both rental and ICI environments.
  • Providing strategic leadership to internal project teams and external partners to ensure clarity, accountability, and performance at every stage.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks while maintaining strict adherence to safety, environmental, and building code standards.
  • Representing The GeoFocus Group with professionalism, transparency, and a focus on execution excellence.

  • Proven record of successfully managing multi‑disciplinary teams on complex projects in both the purpose‑built rental and ICI sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, budgeting, procurement, and execution.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and safety compliance.
