A design firm committed to community improvement is seeking a Senior Construction Administrator to oversee the construction administration of medium and large projects. This role involves effective communication with clients and teams, resolving project issues, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction administration and must work on-site three days a week while working from home on Mondays and Fridays.

The on-site Senior Construction Administrator will be responsible for construction administration and bidding of a medium to large size projects through construction. Located on the construction project site in the construction site trailer. Responsible for responding to questions and processing documents as required in construction. Has client contact and authority to direct, control, and monitor all project activities during construction under direction of Senior Construction Administratorspartner.
This position is located in HMC’s Los Angeles, California office. The position requires 3 days in the office and the single work from home Monday and Friday.
