Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a compositing supervisor within the visual effects industry.
• Strong experience in team supervision or project management.
• Excellent mastery of Nuke; knowledge of Flame is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and organizational sense.

Responsibilities

• Translate the project’s artistic vision for compositing artists.
• Lead daily reviews and guide artists towards high creative execution.
• Establish rigorous technical methodology aligning with the Rodeo FX pipeline.
• Mentor and motivate artists throughout the project.
• Monitor shot progress and adjust priorities as needed.
