Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in compensation with knowledge of core compensation practices.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian pay equity and transparency regulations.
- CCP designation and bilingualism (English/French) are assets.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on compensation, advising HRBPs and leaders.
- Lead compensation program design and analysis.
- Conduct and analyze market surveys.
