Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in compensation with knowledge of core compensation practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian pay equity and transparency regulations.
  • CCP designation and bilingualism (English/French) are assets.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on compensation, advising HRBPs and leaders.
  • Lead compensation program design and analysis.
  • Conduct and analyze market surveys.
