Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in compensation with core compensation practices knowledge.
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies (Mercer IPE preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Canadian pay equity regulations.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on compensation.
- Lead compensation program design analysis and process improvements.
- Conduct and analyze market surveys and manage total rewards projects.
