Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in compensation with core compensation practices knowledge.
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies (Mercer IPE preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian pay equity regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on compensation.
  • Lead compensation program design analysis and process improvements.
  • Conduct and analyze market surveys and manage total rewards projects.
