About the Position

The Commercial Lines Account Manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients. Working closely with Account Executives this position ensures all client needs are handled efficiently and professionally from policy management and renewals to claims and account servicing.

You will act as a trusted partner to our clients ensuring accuracy responsiveness and a high level of attention to detail in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives to provide seamless support and outstanding client service
  • Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts including policy changes certificates and endorsements
  • Prepare submissions and handle re-marketing as required
  • Negotiate and process renewals to ensure client coverage remains competitive and compliant
  • Manage and follow up on claims ensuring timely resolution and communication with clients
  • Handle invoicing and maintain account receivables in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to uphold service standards and operational excellence
What You Bring
  • 10 years of commercial lines insurance experience in a brokerage environment
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance markets products and underwriting requirements
  • Proven ability to negotiate renewals and handle complex commercial accounts
  • Excellent organizational communication and multitasking skills
