Qualifications

• 5 years supervisory experience.
• 10+ years of related experience (5+ years in real estate and/or legal experience is ideal).
• Leasing, property or related designation considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct a team responsible for lease agreements.
• Lead negotiation of complex lease agreements.
• Manage risks in relation to lease expiries and renewals.
• Secure tenants for network vacancies.
• Source real estate for the business needs.
• Integrate new real estate agreements into existing systems.
• Manage property recoveries.
• Develop and approve annual lease budgets.
• Foster relationships for the growth of the real estate portfolio.
