Qualifications
- 5 years of machining experience, particularly in aerospace.
- Completion of a General Machinist ticket/certification or eligibility to obtain it.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and AS9100 requirements is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills to produce precision aerospace components.
- Perform measurements of parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
- Troubleshoot machine issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Mentor and train lower‑level machinists.
