Qualifications

  • 5-7 years experience in enterprise infrastructure administration.
  • Expert level experience with Windows Server infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
  • Experience managing telephony services.
  • Desired certifications: MS Azure, MCSE, ITIL foundations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage OGC’s technology landscape, ensuring security and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot technology issues and present recommendations.
  • Oversee backup operations and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Work with vendors for problem resolution and manage relationships.
