Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Principal Clinical Scientist (AI Training) to bring senior clinical trial expertise to the development of regulator-ready AI training data. This fully remote hourly contract role emphasizes independent, rigorous work on clinical evidence and regulatory alignment.

You will design and review trial protocols, interpret results for FDA/EMA-style regulators, and provide expert feedback shaping how AI models reason about endpoints and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience designing trial protocols for regulatory submission.
• Strong ability to interpret clinical data for regulatory agencies (FDA/EMA or equivalent).
• Proficient in biostatistics and translational science methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and critically review clinical trial protocols used to generate regulator-ready AI training datasets.
• Interpret and audit clinical trial results to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory relevance.
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical analyses for scientific soundness and regulatory alignment.
• Provide expert feedback that shapes how AI models reason about trial data, endpoints, and outcomes.
• Help establish quality standards for clinical evidence used in AI research workflows.
