  • Serve as a strategic partner in client engagements, supporting proposal development, pricing discussions, and solution design.
  • Participate in client calls, meetings, and negotiations to ensure alignment between client needs and internal capabilities.
  • As required organise, attend and play a pivotal role in external client meetings and conferences.
  • Work closely with the Sales Development team to improve lead volume, refine client targeting strategies, and enhance lead qualification processes.
  • Provide insights into market trends and client profiles to support more effective outreach and engagement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for Sales and Client Services teams focused on clinical sales strategies, pricing rationale, and market positioning.
  • Create tools and frameworks to improve understanding of Clinical lab sales across the organization.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve commercial practices and client experience across global sites.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in biological sciences, business management, or related discipline required; Master’s degree (M.A./M.S.) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical or laboratory sales, pricing strategy, or project management in a scientific or CRO environment. Proven client‑facing experience is essential.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of clinical and non‑clinical lab services.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, pricing tools, and proposal development platforms.

Role Specific Information:

  • Location: Remote (from one of our Canadian sites).
  • Annual bonus based on performance.
  • Schedule: Daytime between Monday and Friday.
  • Permanent position as of the hiring, full‑time 37.5hrs per week.
