Qualifications

  • Experience with EHR/CIS environments and healthcare operations.
  • Strong facilitation, communication and requirements gather skills.
  • Proven ability to develop use cases, business process analyses and detailed designs.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and define business and system requirements related to Patient Access, Registration and Scheduling.
  • Conduct business process analysis and gap analysis.
  • Perform use case analysis and detailed design activities.
  • Develop and maintain business analysis documentation, workflows, use cases and user guides.
  • Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions with healthcare providers and SMEs.
  • Build, validate and test clinical content within the CIS and support implementation.
