Your role
  • Ensure the complete and rigorous processing of credit card issuance requests, while respecting quality and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to collective performance in productivity and quality.
  • Participate in process evolution: propose improvements, collaborate on procedure updates, and support digital transformation.
  • Act as a change agent by adopting a proactive approach and sharing ideas to optimize operations.
  • Work closely with internal partners to resolve operational issues and ensure a distinctive client experience.
  • Ensure compliance rules are respected in all activities.
  • Invest in your own development and contribute to that of your colleagues through knowledge sharing and mutual support.
Your team

Within the Card Domain sector, you are part of a team of 18 colleagues and report to the Section Director. Our team stands out for its expertise in personal and commercial credit card issuance, quality delivery, client/employee experience, a fun atmosphere, and strong collaboration.

Requirements
