Qualifications

  • Must have an Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma plus two years of post-secondary education in Accounting or Financial program.
  • Over six months of experience in a computerized accounting office environment.
  • Proficient in using the MS Office suite of products, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare payroll for the Traffic Operations Division.
  • Generate budget reports and review quarterly variance reports.
  • Provide authorization authority for journal entries.
