Klohn Crippen Berger (KCB) is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Power and Transportation Group. Thisleadership role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with 12+ years of experience in the design of large hydro and water control dams and appurtenant structures, and a broad knowledge of other related disciplines, including dam safety reviews, and condition assessments.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership on complex hydroelectric projects, lead multidisciplinary design efforts, and serve as a senior technical reviewer, ensuring engineering excellence, quality, and compliance with industry standards. This role offers opportunities to contribute to major hydropower developments and rehabilitation projects across North America and internationally while mentoring the next generation of engineers. Candidates who have site experience with hydro projects (domestically and internationally) are preferred.

The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 to $180,000 per year. Compensation above this range may be considered for candidates with significant experience or specialized expertise.
