We are looking for a full-time Senior Civil Engineer to join either our Saskatoon, Regina, or Calgary team! This position will report to the Civil/Strcutural Discipline Lead. Indigenous applicants are encouraged to apply.
The Senior Civil Engineer is responsible for providing civil engineering expertise in the planning, designing, and execution of infrastructure and site development projects within the mining, industrial, and resource sectors. This role develops civil engineering solutions for site grading, roads, drainage systems, water and waste management systems, containment structures, and related infrastructure while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements. The Senior Civil Engineer works closely with clients, multidisciplinary project teams, and external stakeholders such as geotechnical specialists, surveyors, and contractors, to support project planning, feasibility studies, construction activities, contract administration, and technical reviews.
This role also provides guidance to junior team members, contributes to the development of engineering standards and processes, and supports the delivery of safe, practical, and high-quality engineering solutions that meet client and organizational objectives.

Compensation:Commensurate with education and experience.
