Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Change Manager or Advisor preferably in large-scale ERP or CRM environments.
• Ability to synthesize information from technical sprint reviews.
• Occasional onsite client visits may be required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the client Change Management Lead.
• Drive the execution of internal and external engagement plans.
• Develop and deliver change-related documentation and training materials.
