A leading health charity is seeking a Senior Change Communications Manager to lead a multi-channel internal communications strategy. You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape messaging and ensure effective engagement across the organization. Ideal candidates will have proven expertise in communication within large-scale transformation settings. This role includes a full-time commitment with flexible office-based requirements.

Senior Change Communications Manager
£45,000 - £50,0000 plus benefits
Reports to: Head of Business Transformation
Grade: P3
Directorate: Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement
Contract: 12 month fixed-term contract
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Location: Stratford, London. Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office)
