A leading construction company in Edmonton is seeking a Senior Change Analyst to support business improvement initiatives. The role involves driving user adoption, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and developing change management strategies. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience and a relevant degree. This hybrid position allows for both remote work and on-site presence as needed.
Reporting to the Change Manager, Business Improvement (BI), the Senior Change Analyst plays a key role in supporting BI initiatives by enabling effective organizational change. In this role, you will ensure alignment between people, processes, and technology through structured change management practices. By partnering with project teams and stakeholders, you will assess change impacts, develop tailored change initiatives and plans, and drive adoption and readiness across the organization.
