Qualifications

• Must be eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists.
• Experience with MDS and/or RAI is preferred.
• Occupational Therapy experience in long-term care is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and reassesses residents to identify their issues/challenges.
• Establishes resident’s goals and develops individual care and treatment plans.
• Maintains ongoing communication with the multidisciplinary team.
