Job summary

Caregiver Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join as Senior Care Coordinator in the Greater Toronto Area with remote options. The role supports seniors with mobility and cognitive needs, coordinating care plans and working closely with families and care teams.

Flexible hours and a high-touch, relationship-focused approach are core to the position. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, leadership skills and a passion for growing a concierge care

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication, people and leadership skills
• A warm, calm, professional manner with families during sensitive or high stress situations
• Significant experience working with seniors with mobility and/or cognitive challenges
• Experience in private homes, community care, geriatrics, rehabilitation, or complex senior care
• Strong clinical judgment and practical problem-solving skills
• An interest in helping a concierge care company grow while maintaining a high-touch, relationship-focused approach
