BDO Canada is seeking a Senior Campus Recruitment Specialist for a 12-month contract in the GTA, Kitchener/Waterloo, or Guelph to lead national campus initiatives for a designated client group.

The role focuses on full-cycle campus recruitment for graduates, co-ops, and interns, building relationships with academic partners, elevating the firm’s brand, and driving process improvements with travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience planning and facilitating events and presentations.
  • Strategic thinker with planning experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
  • Experience building employer brand.
  • Superior time management and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Prior campus recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of three years’ experience.

  • Develop and leverage relationships with Firm stakeholders, Group Leadership, HR Advisors and clients, and advise on campus program delivery.
  • Elevate the Firm’s image and brand through social media and marketing tools and create content.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies, championing new initiatives and collaboration.
  • Travel will be required.

Your Experience and Education:
  • You have experience planning and facilitating events and presentations
  • You are a strategic thinker with planning experience
  • You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
  • You have experience building employer brand
  • You have superior time management and ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and interests
  • Your have prior experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • You have prior campus recruitment or talent acquisition experience
  • You have an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of three years’ experience

The expected range of compensation for this role is $74,000 to $112,000 annually
