The candidate should have 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, strong communication skills, proficiency with BPMN, UX concepts, and experience in data integration and testing support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
• Bachelor's or higher in IT/CS/Business or related field
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders
• Experience with BPMN and process modeling
• Experience with UX design, wireframing and prototyping

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements from business stakeholders
• Collaborate on process models with understanding of system capabilities
• Analyze data needs and evaluate solutions
• Document functional, data and technical requirements
• Support test planning and UAT with business stakeholders
• Data mapping for integration between applications
• Collaborate with project managers, developers and cross-functional team
• Guide and mentor junior team members for quality and consistency
