Job summary

J.D. Irving, Limited is seeking a skilled analytics professional to design, develop, and support business intelligence solutions across operations, maintenance, workforce management, safety, quality, and inventory.

You will partner with leaders to deliver dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, build predictive models, ensure data reliability, and advance AI initiatives within the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience with manufacturing, operational, or workforce analytics is an asset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into business recommendations.

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across operations, maintenance, workforce management, safety, quality, and inventory functions.
The successful candidate will work closely with operational and business leaders to develop reporting solutions, improve data reliability, and transform complex data into actionable business insights. This position also plays an important role in advancing the Division’s growing AI and analytics portfolio through the development of predictive models, process analytics, and intelligent business solutions.
