  • Simplify complex messaging into practical, advisor‑focused communications that inform and engage key audiences.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop multimedia, digital, and learning‑related content, including videos, recordings, audio summaries, podcasts, and other resources aligned with strategic priorities, digital transformation initiatives, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Business Implementation, Training Development, and Enablement teams to support integrated communication and learning experiences.
  • Help maintain editorial standards, content quality, and consistency across communication channels and materials.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of content strategies and communication frameworks.
  • Help establish content governance, standards, and best practices.

  • Define methods to track and assess the effectiveness of content and communication initiatives, leveraging insights to refine messaging, formats, and delivery channels.
Other Accountabilities
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, support teams, and subject matter experts.
  • Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service.
  • Foster collaboration, teamwork, and a culture of open and effective communication.
  • Support broader communication, enablement, and strategic business initiatives as required.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative, innovative, and continuously evolving team environment.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive communications experience, including experience within the wealth management, investment management, or financial services industry.
  • Wealth management and/or investment management is required.
  • Strong understanding of financial industry terminology and advisor communication practices.
  • Exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them clearly across multiple formats.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Sound judgment, creativity, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in French — speaking, reading, and writing — is preferred but not required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and experience supporting multimedia, digital communication, or learning‑related content is considered an asset.
  • Passionate about applying artificial intelligence to drive efficiency and elevate performance.
