As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT Strategy Department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, analytical skills, ownership mindset, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Toronto (Remote)

Pay Range : 70-95 per hour

What's the Job?
  • Lead and support SharePoint administration, ensuring effective backend management and integration.
  • Work closely with internal IT teams such as infrastructure, communication, and security to coordinate project activities.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to advocate for and implement the right tools and solutions.
  • Manage and oversee the transition of on‑premises systems to cloud‑based solutions, particularly D365 migration.
  • Own application processes, document workflows, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years’ experience in SharePoint administration on the backend.
  • Experience with administration counsel and ownership of SharePoint applications.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with proven ability to work with diverse IT teams and external vendors.
  • Experience working in a multi‑organizational environment, not a small or single‑organization setting.
  • Microsoft Certification and OneDrive administration experience are preferred.
