Job summary

S M Software Solutions Inc is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Toronto, onsite five days a week. You will lead workshops to elicit requirements, document business needs, and align solutions with OPS standards.

The role focuses on business modelling, process reengineering, and agile delivery across projects of varying size. Responsibilities include developing business cases, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring requirements are traceable through the development lifecycle using CASE

Qualifications

Leads and facilitates workshops to elicit and confirm requirements.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and breaking down complex requirements.
Creates user stories and supports UX, functional, and technical designs.
Experience on medium to large projects as a business analyst or functional consultant.
Experience with enterprise architectural concepts to ensure technology choice aligns with standards.
Experienced in developing business cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Provides I&T business analysis services for diverse client needs.
Interacts with stakeholders to understand requirements and document analyses.
Writes and advises on policies, processes, and standards to promote best practices.
