Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, commerce or related field.
• 10+ years as a business analyst with process analysis experience.
• 5+ years documenting requirements, use cases and user stories.
• 5+ years delivering in agile environments.
• Nice to have IIBA accreditation or BABOK knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives.
• Analyze and document current processes, identify areas for improvement.
• Develop business cases outlining costs, benefits and risks.
• Collaborate with IT, operations and management to align solutions.
• Create functional specs and user stories for implementation.
• Conduct impact analysis for changes to systems and processes.
• Mentor junior business analysts as needed.
